From Tevalia Capital to Altevera
A proven renewable energy platform
Steven Kassab and Michael Tobelem founded Tevalia Capital in 2019 on a simple conviction: in renewables, smart investment starts with deep technical understanding.
Altevera, a new chapter
In 2026, Alba Infra Partners joined Tevalia as a shareholder along its historical founders, and Tevalia Capital became Altevera, bringing together Alba’s infrastructure investment expertise with Tevalia’s experienced management team.
Altevera now targets the aggregation and co-development of more than 500 MW of operating and late-stage renewable assets, with a development pipeline exceeding 2 GW across Europe over the coming years.

Each asset is actively managed by our team to optimise performance and secure long-term revenues, as we expand into new markets, including Italy and Poland.
